These are unprecedented times.

Our mission at Prepdeck is to bring back the joy of cooking, and we find solace in knowing that so many of our customers have been reconnecting with the joy of cooking as they shelter in place during this pandemic.

Unfortunately, for many others, these times are unlike any other, and hard times have fallen upon many families.

Prepdeck is proud to partner with No Kid Hungry, an organization that believes as we do, that no child should go hungry. Kids in need have missed millions of school meals due to closures, and No Kid Hungry is helping schools and community groups find new ways to feed and support these children.

During the month of April, Prepdeck will be donating $10 from every Prepdeck ordered to the No Kid Hungry organization. If you wish to make an additional donation, please visit

It's our hope, that together, we can make a difference and support those who need our support the most.

Steak Parmesan

Beef, Main Dish | Servings: 2

2 - 1/2 to 1 inch Ribeye Steaks

4 cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tblsp unsalted Butter

2 cups Marinara Sauce , warmed Homemade is best, but your favorite jarred sauce works too.

1 pound Fresh Mozzarella sliced

Preheat broiler.

Cook the steaks to you liking using your favorite method of cooking. I prefer grilling over charcoal but pan searing or Sous vide is good too

Allow the steaks to rest as you prepare the garlic and warm the Marinara Sauce.

In a small pot, warm the Marinara Sauce over low heat. Alternatively you can place sauce in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and heat until warm.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium low heat and add the minced garlic. Allow the garlic to just soften- DO NOT BROWN

Spoon the softened garlic evenly over steaks.

Ladle 1 cup of warm Marinara Sauce over each steak and top with slices of Mozzarella.

Place under broiler until the cheese has melted, is bubbly and slightly browned on top.

Serve immediately
